Placing an Order
After you have added an item to your cart, you will be able to view your cart prior to checkout. Here, you may review all items in your cart, update quantities, remove items or return to the product detail page. Once you have reviewed the items in your cart, you may either continue shopping or proceed to checkout and place your order.
Payment Options
All prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR). We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.
Verification and Shipping
When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. This may require us to contact you directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order. Please allow up to ten (10) business days from date of order for the item to be shipped, both on local and international orders.
HANDMADE
This unique piece of jewellery has been produced completely by hand, so any imperfections noted are not defects but should rather be considered part of the charm that can only be claimed by something unique.
CLEANING
Our bracelets are made to be worn every day, even at the beach and in the sun if you so choose. They can also be kept on during a bath or shower as soap and water will help them stay clean too! Silver cleaning cloths, silver cleaning foam or silver cleaning liquids may also be used. Complete the cleaning process with dishing washing liquid and warm water to restore lustre.
REPAIRS
We know that you will take good care of the unique bracelet that you have purchased, as it is a 'one of a kind', however, accidents do happen and we will repair a broken bracelet and even replace a broken glass bead so that you may continue to wear our beautiful works of art for years to come.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you fall in love with your purchase, but if for some reason, you change your mind, then simply return the bracelet back to us in its brand new condition within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs will be refunded for items that are incidentally delivered in a damaged or faulty condition, and for orders cancelled before dispatch, under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs). Items being returned should be addressed according to the shipping return address label on the package received. You will be notified by email once your returned item has been received and processed by a member of our team.

Refunds and Processing
Please allow two (2) weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.SHIPPING

All orders are processed and shipped within one to three (1-3) business days. After an order is placed, if your order needs verification of payment, it can delay the processing of your order. This is just an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays.
You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of your tracking number. Please allow twenty-four to forty-eight (24-48) hours for the tracking to be updated.

Shipping costs, using either a courier, or postal service to the location stated will be advised. Insurance, should you wish this to be included, will also be quoted for your own account.
Duties
Duties may be incurred by you, depending on your global location, according to the shipping address stated. As the responsibility for international customs duties and locations VAT/GST are the responsibility of the customer, solo-uno are not able to refund and charges incurred upon delivery of the order. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Tracking Your Order
An order number will be provided to you once the order has been placed. A tracking code will be attached to this document and include the items in the order as well as the order number. This document will be provided to you within twenty-four (24) hours. If you are unable to track your order, please contact

Change or Cancel Your Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Terms of Sale
- We reserve the right to revise the pricing of our products at any time and without advance notice.
- Products will be shipped according to the standard methods of shipping that we have in place from time to time.
- When a product is received in a damaged condition it should be reported to us immediately.
- When a discrepancy exists between the quantity of items ordered and the quantity of items received, then we must be notified immediately and in no event longer than two (2) business days from receipt of the shipment.
- When a customer places an order online and then subsequently refuses to accept delivery of the order for reasons that are attributable to customer error, the customer can be assessed a restocking fee and full shipping charges.
- All returns must be pre-approved by us and received within fourteen (14) business days of authorization of the return.
- An authorization from us is required for all returns. We may refuse to accept a returned product without our advance authorization.
- We must receive a returned product before a product credit will be issued.
- There is a processing fee for returned products. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned products unless shipping costs are waived when we issue the authorization.
- These Terms of Sale can be revised at any time should it be determined that it is in our best interests to do so.
